Happy NEW Year Resolutions

Hey guys, Happy new year๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒHope you all enjoyed the holidays, I had a swell time with my family in Ekiti state, Nigeria. I did some things I've never done before, ate some foods I never tried before and I enjoyed myself, asides the fact that there's never light.

Before the end of 2017, I sat myself down looked back through the year that was about to end and just thought within myself what have i achieved this year, is this year going to end like other years, did I do something new this year, who did I help this year, what changed about me or around me. I got some answers and I was happy about some decisions I made, I had no regrets although I wish I did some things and improved myself in some areas.
This made me write down some of my goals for 2018, which many people believe to be resolutions.
Resolutions are really important because they put you on check. Write down your goals, make a checklist of your goals for the year, and simply note them when you begin to achieve those goals.

Many resolutions fail because most times we make them based on what people or the society wants to see rather than what we truly and genuinely want for ourselves, some other times we make unrealistic resolutions for the year, hoping to achieve a goal of 3 years in 6 months is so unrealistic. Please guys lets make relevant goals this year, on my way back to Abuja after the holiday, a married guy in this bus i was went on and on about how he is set to have more side chicks this year than he had in 2017, his reason was because in 2017, he had only 2 side chicks and they both do not give him enough of what he wants, this is a goal and is achievable but how relevant is this goal, this man would only end up spending more than he spent in 2017, waste more time than he wasted in 2017, probably even get a disease he didn't have in 2017.
There are definitely going to be lot of hurdles on the path to achieving this goals, but what will make this year better than the last will be how you are able to jump over this hurdles and make them a platform to be more focus and eventually become more successful, do more of what you love doing as long as what you love doesn't put you in trouble, do something you've always wanted to do, Stay through to yourself, Pray more, Trust God.

I think I've done enough of this motivational talk๐Ÿ˜œ, its time for me to work on myself and my goals too.
I love you guys, see you again soon, I promise to write more this year and hopefully start my own YouTube channel. Don't forget to drop a comment.
Adios Amigos.
