Depression: How to regain Emotional Stability

            Over the weekend I was watching the news and they talked about a lady somewhere in Lagos who committed suicide because she was in debt and she had nothing to pay back her debt, she probably had thought about it and the shame that comes with not being able to pay back debts, she probably felt she doesn't even have money to feed herself and children, she probably had a lot of things running through her mind. After I heard this news I got weak and really sad knowing there are better ways of handling issues of this nature better than just committing suicide and ending ones life.          So many people after losing someone really close to them, sadness, Depression and frustration creeps in and they just wish there is somewhere they could run to or someone that would just erase the memories they have of the person, some other people just live in denial.          We live in a nation where there are...

Hey guys, Happy new year💃💃💃Hope you all enjoyed the holidays, I had a swell time with my family in Ekiti state, Nigeria. I did some things I've never done before, ate some foods I never tried before and I enjoyed myself, asides the fact that there's never light.               Before the end of 2017, I sat myself down looked back through the year that was about to end and just thought within myself what have i achieved this year, is this year going to end like other years, did I do something new this year, who did I help this year, what changed about me or around me.
